I have found a workaround for this issue the steps for this are below:
- Download ewelink app from your app store.
- Create an account, when you first login it will offer you services to connect to.
- Connect ewelink to Samsung Smart Things
- Connect ewelink to Olisto through the Olisto app
- Compatible devices that are in Smart Things are now available in Olisto
