Netatmo Trigger stop Working without error

Problem description:
Yesterday starting with olisto installed 3 netatmo triggers to add rows to google sheet.

It works fine until 21:00 . After that time complete no action?
Readd triggers without errors.
No actions.
Can see in netatmo app situations for triggers often there.
Renew also google sheet. No netatmo Action.

Check with simple trigger at time to add row to sheet -> result in olisto confirmed a Action but in sheet no entry.

  1. i expect Action logged in olisto for netatmo
  2. i expect a row in sheet with simple test for sheet

All was running Great with many rows and 5 columns in google sheet before.

Fyi: i deleted some rows in sheet yesterday, but After deleting olisto works Fine for additional 3-4 hours. I looks like Not a reason for my Problem.

Think about delete Account and create New account, but that is Not Logic for solve.
Anyone an idea?

Hello, since yesterday ca. 10 am GMT Netatmo Triggers again NOT Working/Do Actions. Based on last time experience to this Problem I will do nothing and wait for 1 or 2 days. After That wait-time i will Start With deleting triggers/Channels and Recreate.
But First I wait.

Old Problem was sollen After wait-Time 1 day. Blut today since yesterday Netatmo doesn‘t work or Olisto have a Problem Witz Netatmo. Other (Button With Hue) is running ok. It‘s Look like on General Olisto Problem…

After ca. 12 H I send my info Netatmo trigger runs fine?!
Now it looks like a problem interface/API netatmo to Olisto?!

Since 27.10.2020 ca. 18:00 no function on Triggers with NETATMO again. I wait and hope they beginn to run within Next hours. In general it looks not like a problem from NETATMO (one function running in IFTTT fine which I also have in Olisto).

Hallo, bedankt voor de overzichtelijke meldingen. Als ik het goed begrijp gaat het hier om triggs waarbij Netatmo in de conditie gebruikt wordt (dus niet triggs waarbij Netatmo in de actie gebruikt wordt).

Ik heb onze logs geanalyseerd en het lijkt erop dat Netatmo regelmatig, zonder dat ik daarvoor een aanleiding aan onze kant kan vinden, voor periodes van meestal een paar uur stopt met ons updates sturen, en daarna ook zonder aanleiding weer verder gaat. Ik zal er een issue van maken om dit verder te onderzoeken maar ik vermoed dat dit bij Netatmo mis gaat. In de tussentijd helpt het zeker om deze meldingen te hebben van wanneer het stopt met werken.

Hi, sorry for replying in Dutch before. So if I understand correctly you also have 2 netatmo applets running in IFTTT, and they stop working at the same time?

First: Since today 12:48 Olisto Triggers with Netatmo running.

For your Question to IFTTT - No the IFTTT applets running without stopping at the time where Olisto Stopped.
e.g.
Olisto Triggers stopped working since yesterday 03.12.2020 12:50 until today 12:50
IFTTT Applets complete processing since yesterday up today with using same triggers in Netatmo.
