I’m unable to progress beyond the initial setup for my Netatmo presence security cam with an error " You are unable to setup the camera at this time". I was able to latch on to my home wifi, download the Netatmo app, and setup the “Presence” from my phone wifi to my home router. Had few difficulties initially as the camera stopped blinking, however resetting few times and also keeping the QR code in front of camera I was able to progress to page where the camera is searched. However repeatedly the search results an error as above. Are you able to help>
