Are there any plans do add the Homematic IP Gateways CCU3 and the Access Point in the future?
The difference is the HmIP CCU3 is a local gateway with an open public API.
The HmIP Access Point from Homematic IP is connected to their Cloud and their API is not public. But there is a Reverse Engineered Rest-API available or you need to become a partner.
