Problem description:
De koppeling met de wasmachine via home connect werkt niet. De trig doet niks. Na loskoppelen kanaal kan ik niet meer koppelen. De button “voeg kanaal toe” doet niks. Lijkt wel of knop niet bestaat.
Hi, unfortunately there is an issue with the current version of the iOS app. We are looking in to it, but it will take some time. In the mean time, if you are stuck, you might try https://app.olisto.com in your browser. Note that this is not officially supported, not all functions will work and it wont look great on a desktop screen (making the browser window more narrow will help), but it might help as a temporary solution for now.
