Hi, I had a problem in April with Fitbit triggers not working, which turned out to be due to how I’d logged in with my Gmail address. However, that’s been corrected, I’ve had a few months of successful Fitbit-Olisto use, and now it’s stopped working again. Olisto is authorised to access Olisto, I’ve just checked. How do we get them working again?
Very strange. I’ll try and have a look today after my meetings. If I don’t find anything, I’ll contact you personally on monday to see where things go wrong
